The Space Between Moments

There is a stillness between breaths — a space too quiet for words.
It is here, in the gentle pause, that truth reveals itself
The world rushes and changes, like clouds crossing a summer sky
Yet beneath it all, awareness remains — steady, luminous, untouched
We spend our days reaching for something more
But the awakened heart does not chase; it simply sees
It sees joy arise and fade
It sees sorrow bloom and pass
It watches, without grasping, without fear
Each sound, each thought, each heartbeat — all are visitors
Welcome them, and let them go
Do not measure your progress
Do not worry if peace feels distant
The moon is always there, even when hidden by clouds
Sit
Breathe
Smile gently at the impermanence of all things
You are not separate from the universe
You are the quiet rhythm of its unfolding
May your heart be soft, your mind clear, and your steps guided by compassion
